Garbage: it’s everywhere! Walking down the street, you see litter along the sidewalks and everywhere you go. People throw out so much and waste all the resources that were used to make it – including the energy, materials and transportation. We buy so much that we don’t need and end up not using it and then throwing it away along with all the wasteful packaging it came in. We can’t live like this forever because we’ll run out of all the supplies we need, our land will be filled with garbage and our whole world will be polluted. If everyone reduced their consumption, reused products, recycled and composted, we would be cutting down so much on garbage! And it isn’t that hard to do!
